in Milwaukee on March 19, OR one set of two (2) tickets
to the evening session of the basketball regional game
held at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee on March 19, 2010,
OR one set of (2) tickets to the Sunday, March 21, 2010
session held at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, contestants
must register their 2010 Tournament Challenge Men’s
College Basketball bracket, and pick the tournament winner.
Contestants can register their bracket online at www.cbs58.com
or drop off their bracket at the offices of WDJT-TV. Brackets
will be available at www.cbs58.com following the conclusion
of the Men’s Division I Basketball Championship selection
show on Sunday, March 14, 2010 on CBS. Entries must be
received by WDJT-TV prior to the opening tip off of the
first tournament game played on Thursday, March 18, 2010.
Hard copy entries may be delivered in person or by mail
to WDJT-TV. WDJT-TV is located at 809 South 60th Street,
Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53214. Mailed entries must be received
by WDJT-TV no later than 4pm CST, Wednesday, March 17,
2010. If a contestant does not have access to a computer
or the Internet, one will be available for use to enter
the contest at WDJT-TV, between the hours of 9am-11am and
1:30-4pm Monday, March 15th, Tuesday, March 16th and Wednesday,
March 17th from 9am – 11am. WDJT-TV, Steinhafels
Furniture, Bergman TV and Appliance, Burghardt’s
Sporting Goods, Summerfest, and all other presenters in
this promotion are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete
electronic (computer) or hard copy entries, internet problems,
lost entries, lost or misdirected mail, or any other malfunctions
or circumstance of any kind whatsoever that could affect
an entrant or any prospective entrants during this contest.

ELIGIBILITY. Contestants entering the
2010 Tournament Challenge must be 18 years of age or older
at the time of their entry. In the event that the winning
contestant is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded
to the parent or legal guardian of the winning contestant.
All entries must include the contestant’s correct
name, date of birth, address, and telephone number. Winner(s)
must be a Wisconsin resident who lives in any of the Milwaukee
DMA counties as defined by Nielsen. These counties include:
Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine,
Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha counties and
the adjacent counties of Fond du Lac and Rock. Viewers
who reside in Wisconsin counties other than those listed
herein that receive a legal WDJT-TV signal on cable or
satellite are also eligible. Contest is void in all other
states, as well as all Wisconsin counties not a part of
the Milwaukee television market DMA. Only one entry per
eligible person. If it is determined that a contestant
has entered more than once, THE CONTESTANT MAY BE DISQUALIFIED.
Winner is responsible for any and all taxes associated
with the winning of a prize. Contestants cannot be an employee
or immediate family member of WDJT-TV, Weigel Broadcasting
Company, Steinhafels Furniture, Bergman TV and Appliance,
Burghardt’s Sporting Good, Summerfest, or any affiliated
business or company associated with this contest. An immediate
family member shall be defined as a brother, sister, husband,
wife, son or daughter, or anyone living in the household
of the employee. Other eligibility requirements apply,
as stated elsewhere in these rules.

HOW TO WIN. Eligible entries must pick
the winners of each of the 32 Men’s Division I basketball
games, which are scheduled to start on Thursday, March
18, 2010. One additional game is scheduled to be played
on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Contestants will not be required
to pick the winner of the March 16th game. The winning
team from the opening round March 16th, 2010 game will
automatically be inserted into the grid reflecting the
games shown on the CBS Network starting on March 18, 2010.
As each game is played, each winning bracket will receive
points. All correctly selected first round games will be
worth 5 points. All correctly selected second round games
will be worth 10 points. All correctly selected regional
semi-final games will be worth 15 points. All correctly
selected regional final games will be worth 20 points.
All correctly selected national semi-final games will be
worth 25 points. The correctly selected winner of the Division
I Men’s Basketball Championship game will be worth
an additional 50 points. No points are awarded for the
game played on March 16, 2010. “Correctly selected” means
that the contestant has correctly selected the winning
team of the game in question. The total of all points earned
by an entrant, under the above-stated point allocation
rules, for those games in which the entrant has correctly
selected the winner is that entrant’s “cumulative
points” and will be used to determine the entrants
standings on the leaderboard and their eligibility to participate
in the random drawings to determine the prize winners.

ALL ELGIBLE ENTRIES received by WDJT TV
before the tip off of the first game of the first round
on Thursday, March 18, 2010 will be entered into a random
drawing for two (2) 2010 General Admission Summerfest Tickets.
The value of the tickets is estimated at $30. A total of
twenty (20) winners will be selected. Winners of the Summerfest
tickets are eligible for additional prizes. The winners
of the Summerfest tickets will be mailed their tickets,
following the date that the tickets are printed, in April
of 2010. By accepting the tickets, winners waive WDJT-TV
and all partners of all liability associated with the using
of the tickets. Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash. All
eligible entries received by WDJT-TV before the tip off
of the first game of the first round on Thursday, March
18, 2010 will also be entered into a random drawing for
game tickets to the first round games played at the Bradley
Center in Milwaukee on March 19 and March 21, 2010. Winners
will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.
A total of three (3) winners will be chosen. One winner
will receive two (2) tickets to the opening session of
the tournament games held at the Bradley Center on March
19, 2010. One winner will receive two (2) tickets to the
evening session for the tournament games played at the
Bradley Center on March 19, 2010, and one winner will receive
two (2) tickets to the Sunday session for the tournament
games played at the Bradley Center on March 21, 2010. Each
ticket package is valued at $142.00. Parking and other
incidentals are not included. Tickets cannot be redeemed
for cash and are not transferable. Winner agrees, by accepting
these tickets, they are for the winners use only and will
not be sold to a ticket broker, on e-bay, or on any other
service. By accepting the tickets, winners waive WDJT-TV
and all partners of all liability associated with using
the tournament tickets. Winners will be notified by telephone
or e-mail. CBS 58 will make two (2) attempts to contact
ticket winners. Tickets for the opening session on Friday
must be picked up by the winner by 11am on Friday, March
19 at WDJT-TV. Tickets for the evening session on Friday,
and the tickets for the Sunday session, must be picked
up by the winners by 5pm on Friday, March 19 at WDJT-TV.
WDJT-TV is located at 809 S. 60th Street, Milwaukee, WI
53214. Valid photo ID will be required when picking up
tickets.

Following the conclusion of basketball
coverage on each day of the tournament, WDJT-TV will randomly
select from all entries 2 (two) daily winners of a fifty-dollar
($50) gift card to Burghardt’s Sporting Goods. Winners
will be mailed their $50 gift card. Daily random drawing
will be held after the conclusion of the games played on
March 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, April 3, and April
5. A total of 20 drawings (two per day) will be held with
a total of 20 winners. By accepting the prize, winners
waive WDJT-TV and all partners of all liability associated
with the using of the gift card. Prize cannot be redeemed
for cash. Odds of winning are determined by the number
of entries.

MARCH 29th RANDOM DRAWING. Following the
conclusion of the March 25-28 games, WDJT-TV will conduct
a random drawing for one (1) second place prize, which
consists of one (1) LG HDTV from Bergman TV and Appliance,
valued at approximately $1,395.The random drawing shall
be from the top 25% of the leaderboard. In the event more
than one person is tied for the final position or positions
in the top twenty five percent (25%), those contestants
will be included in the random drawing. Prize is not transferable
and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winner is responsible
for any taxes associated with winning our second place
prize. Winner is also responsible to pick up their prize
within 30 days of being notified as the winner. Delivery
is not included. Failure to claim the prize within 30 days
of notification shall result in a forfeit of the prize
by the winner. Should the winner forfeit the prize, WDJT-TV
is under no obligation to award the prize to any other
entrant. Winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail.
Prize is not transferable by winner and cannot be sold
to anyone, or sold on any service, such as e-bay.

THE TOP TEN PERCENT of all the entries
that have the most cumulative points will be entered into
a random drawing for the Grand Prize from Steinhafels Furniture
consisting of one (1) theatre-style 4- piece leather seating
valued at $2,199.95 retail. The top ten percent (10%) shall
be determined by taking the total number of entries and
multiplying by point-one (.1), if the resulting product
is not a whole number, it shall be rounded downward to
the nearest whole number. Winner must claim prize within
30 days of being notified by stations. Winner will be notified
by telephone or e-mail. Failure to claim the prize within
30 days shall result as a forfeit of the prize by the winner.
Should the winner forfeit the prize, WDJT-TV is under no
obligation to award the prize to any other entrant. Prize
is not transferable by winner and cannot be sold to anyone,
or sold on any service, such as e-bay.

ODDS OF WINNING a prize in each random
drawing in the 2010 Tournament Challenge shall determined
by a combination of; (a) the entrant’s skill of selecting
the game winners; (b) the skill of other contestants in
selecting game winners and; (c) the total number of contestants
who enter the contest.

AT THE TIME OF ENTRY contestants must
also select the total score of the championship game. This
is used to determine the ranking of the entry in the event
of a tie. In the event that a tie must be broken to determine
the final entrant(s) to be included in the top ten percent
(10%) of all entrants on a cumulative point basis, and
thus to be included in the random drawing, an entrant that
has more closely predicted the total number of points scored
by both teams in the championship game will be selected
over an entrant or entrants which have less accurately
predicted the total points scored by both teams in the
championship game. In the event that two or more entries
are still tied in determining the final position or positions
within of the top ten percent (10%) of all contestants
on a cumulative point basis, the final position or positions
within the top ten percent (10%) will be determined by
conducting a random drawing from among the final tied entrants.

PRIZES Station will be solely responsible
for the awarding of the prizes associated with The 2010
Tournament Challenge. There will be one (1) Grand Prize,
which consists of furniture items provided by Steinhafels
Furniture. The random drawing for the Steinhafels Furniture
Grand Prize will be held the week of April 5, 2010 following
the conclusion of the 2010 Men’s Division I Basketball
tournament. None of the prizes are redeemable for cash
and no transfer of prizes is permitted. WDJT-TV makes no
representations or warranties of any type whatsoever regarding
the quality, functionality, safety, compatibility, and
fitness for use or merchantability of any of the prizes.

AFFIDAVIT AND WAIVER The Grand Prize Winner
and Second Place Winner will be expected to provide his
or her Social Security number and execute an affidavit
of eligibility and such waiver and release forms as WDJT-TV
may, in its sole discretion, require. Failure to provide
such information and to execute such forms will result
the forfeiture of the prize. Valid photo identification
with proof of age and residency/ address is also required
to claim prizes. Failure to take possession of the grand
prize or second place within thirty (30) days shall result
in the forfeiture of the prize by the winner. If, in accordance
with these rules, the eligible winner does not claim the
grand prize or the second place prize, that prize will
not be awarded.

In the event of a computer failure, or
any other event or circumstance beyond the control of WDJT-TV,
where it becomes impracticable for WDJT-TV to award one
or more of the prizes, WDJT-TV may, in its sole and absolute
discretion determine not to award any such prize(s) or
to donate any one or more of such prizes to a charity to
be chosen by WDJT-TV. All decisions made by WDJT-TV management
concerning this and all other matters relating to the contest
shall be final and binding in all respects on all contest
participants. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be
redeemed for cash. Prior to claiming their prize, each
winner may be required to provide such proof of eligibility
and to sign such waiver and release forms WDJT-TV, in its
sole and absolute discretion, require, and any failure
to do so shall result in the forfeiture of the prize. Winner
is responsible for all taxes associated with any prize
won. By claiming a prize, winner agrees that WDJT-TV is
authorized to use the winners name, voice, image and likeness
in the promotion of this contest or contests WDJT-TV or
any other affiliated stations serving the Milwaukee television
market, and WDJT-TV may require any winner to execute such
written documents as WDJT-TV may, in its sole and absolute
discretion, require evidencing the grant of such rights.
Failure or refusal of any winner to execute such written
documents upon request by WDJT-TV will result in the forfeiture
of the winner’s prize. WDJT-TV’s right to use
a winner’s name, voice, image and likeness shall
in all cases include the right to use video and audio recordings
of the winner on television, cable television, internet,
radio, newspaper and other media for promotional purposes.

WDJT-TV shall have the right to substitute
prizes of equal or greater value. WDJT-TV shall also have
the right to add additional prizes to the contest. WDJT-TV
shall have the right to interpret and to modify these rules
at any time and in any manner, and to terminate the contest
prior to its conclusion at any time and for any reason,
in WDJT-TV’s sole and absolute discretion, and without
the award of any prizes, and all such determinations shall
take effect upon announcement by WDJT-TV. If a contest
rule is determined to be contrary to any law, that rule
shall be of no force and effect, and all other contest
rules shall remain in full force and effect and shall not
be affected thereby. In the event that this contest is
terminated for any reason, WDJT-TV shall immediately end
this contest with no additional obligation by WDJT-TV or
its presenters in the contest to any entrants.

WDJT-TV and its sponsors and agencies,
and the owners, officers, directors, partners, presenters,
managers, employees, principals and agents of any of them,
have no responsibility or liability for any technical or
other problems which arise or occur in connection with
this contest, including but not limited to late, lost,
illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due or misdirected
entry forms or prize claims; failure to conduct all or
any portion of the contest due to programming changes/
conflicts, acts of God or any other reason whatsoever;
or errors in any written materials or announcements relating
to this contest. By submitting an entry form, entrants
agree to be bound in all respects by these official contest
rules and the decisions of WDJT-TV regarding the contest.
By accepting a prize, the prizewinner agrees to release
WDJT-TV and its entities and partners from any and all
liability for claims, actions or proceedings for any damages
or injuries sustained during or in connection with the
winner’s participation in the contest or the winner’s
receipt, ownership or use or nonuse of any prize. Winners
consent to the use of their name, voice and/ image or likeness
for advertising and publicity purposes without additional
compensation to the maximum extent permitted by law. All
entry forms become the property of WDJT-TV and will not
be returned. Entry forms are subject to verification by
WDJT-TV or its agents. Any attempt to forge contest materials
and correspondence, or defraud WDJT-TV in any way will
result in disqualification and will be prosecuted to the
fullest extent allowable by law.

In the event of war, acts of terrorism,
or other events that would cause the postponement or cancellation
of the 2010 Division I Men’s Basketball Championship,
WDJT-TV shall have the ability to postpone or cancel this
contest with no additional obligation to any contestant.
In the event WDJT-TV chooses to cancel this contest, even
if the contest has begun, no prizes will be awarded.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary
contained in these rules, WDJT-TV reserves the right, in
its sole and absolute discretion, to award a prize to an
alternate winner in the event that any winner fails to
claim, take possession of or use a prize, is disqualified,
or is for any reason determined by WDJT-TV to be ineligible
or not entitled to receive a prize, but WDJT-TV shall have
absolutely no obligation to award any prize to an alternate
winner under such circumstances.

no later than May 31, 2010.
